The foundation was established in 1992 when industry veteran Phil Gallo launched Gallo & Associates after a successful career leading the Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Division for Shemin Nursery and Landscape Supply. Through dedication, expertise, and a customer-first philosophy, Phil built a respected manufacturers' representative agency serving the Northeast and beyond.

In 2006, Phil welcomed his son-in-law, Jason Andrews, into the business. Over the years, Jason worked alongside Phil, learning the values that defined the company—integrity, responsiveness, product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping customers succeed.

A new chapter began in 2024 when Jason and his wife, Suzanne, purchased the company as Phil entered retirement. Under Jason's leadership, the business has experienced tremendous growth, expanding its presence from Eastern Canada to Georgia while establishing new opportunities in Southern California. In 2026, the company further expanded its footprint across the South, adding Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas to its territory. Since taking ownership, Jason has tripled the size of the business and strengthened its reputation as a trusted partner throughout the lighting and outdoor living industries.

In February 2026, the company officially rebranded as Andrews Precision Sales & Marketing—a name that reflects both its evolution and its vision for the future.

Today, Jason leads the organization with the same relationship-driven approach that built the company's foundation, while bringing a renewed focus on strategic growth, customer education, responsive sales support, and innovative marketing solutions. His commitment to delivering white-glove service and personalized attention ensures that every customer receives the expertise and support they need to succeed.
