Gallo & Associates to AP Andrews Precision Sales and Marketing, 1992-2026

It all started in 1968…

That year, Phil took on a new role launching the Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Division for Shemin Nursery and Landscape Supply. He oversaw as many as 15 Shemin locations, managing every aspect of the irrigation and landscape lighting business.

In 1992, Shemin chose to focus exclusively on its wholesale nursery division and step away from irrigation and landscape lighting supply. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for Phil, who founded a small sales consulting company, Gallo & Associates. Through this venture, he provided sales consulting services across New England, New York, and Eastern Canada.

By 1995, Phil expanded the business by bringing in partner Kerry Burnley. Together, they grew the company’s reach into New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

Over time, Phil and Kerry decided to lead separate agencies, though they have remained close friends and continue to stay in touch.

In 2006, Phil welcomed his son-in-law, Jason Andrews, into the business. For several years, Phil mentored Jason, teaching him to serve customers the same way he always had, with integrity, respect, and a commitment to putting the customer first.

In 2024 Jason and his wife, Suzanne, purchased the company and Phil retired.

Under Jason’s leadership, the business has expanded its East Coast presence from Eastern Canada down to Georgia, while also establishing work in Southern California. Since then, the company has tripled in size.

In February 2026, Jason officially rebranded the company name from Gallo & Associates to Andrews Precision Sales and Marketing.

Jason prides himself on delivering white-glove service with a personal touch, backed by a strong commitment to customer education, responsive sales support, and strategic marketing expertise.
